Schools based Relational Support through our Relational Support Worker
is a dynamic, proactive, hand in glove partnership between east to west
and the school, working towards the common goal of supporting the
individual or family.
The Relational support worker enables young people to take greater
ownership of the way they respond in situations and empowers them to
move forward using a variety of approaches including mentoring,
signposting and coaching to challenge students to think, learn, and reflect.
The Relational Support Worker are based within the school and embed
themselves within the infrastructure of student and pastoral support
delivering one to one interventions, group support and providing added
value in school life such as assemblies and PSHE lessons.
