To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of belief
Our Statement of Belief
east to west believes that the message of Jesus Christ is nothing short of wholeness and restoration and that our mission is to be a part of that holistic, restorative and redemptive process.
Robust governance is the foundation of east to west, high standards of accountability and transparency is key priority in ensuring that all who we serve are treated with respect and that risk is minimised.

Commitment to excellence
Gill Morgan is east to west's Governance Manager and her role is the conduit between the Leadership Team and The Board of Trustees; ensuring that processes are adhered too, excellence in governance is sought and that communication is clear to enable decisions to be made by The Board of Trustees.
Glenys Knight has recently joined east to west as our Finance Consultant and aims to keep us on the straight and narrow financially.
east to west actively seeks external input to ensure that we are operating to the highest of standards. The Board of Trustees are annually appraised and receive training & development.
