The Overwhelm Tour is a magazine-style event featuring:

• Live music from Caitlyn Kelly

• Honest conversations about mental health

• Interviews with people making a difference locally

• Down to earth teaching from Patrick Regan, rooted in vulnerability, faith and hope

At the centre of The Overwhelm Tour is one simple message

"It's okay not to be okay - and none of us should face challenges alone."

The evening will encourage open and honest conversation about mental health; celebrate local charities and initiatives making a difference and offer practical next steps for building connection and resilience and we support one another in the everyday.
