Supporting Children, Young People and Parents.
We support children, young people, and parents through a range of evidence-based interventions designed to bring hope and positive change to young lives providing tailored support that builds resilience, strengthens relationships, and promotes emotional wellbeing. Our approach is rooted in understanding, empathy, and collaboration empowering young people and their families to overcome challenges and move forward with confidence and hope for the future.
1
One to One Support
Our one-to-one relational intervention provides tailored, consistent support to young people based on their individual needs and circumstances. By building trusting relationships, we create a safe space for open communication, personal growth, and positive change. Each young person receives dedicated, ongoing support for as long as needed, ensuring that interventions are responsive, flexible, and focused on achieving lasting outcomes in wellbeing, resilience, and life skills.
2
Group Support
Our group work programme offers targeted support to young people through a structured menu of tried and tested sessions. Delivered across three key areas — Understanding & Managing Emotions, Friendship & Relationships, and Self-Esteem & Personal Growth — ensuring a consistent and evidence-based approach. Alongside these targeted groups, we also provide informal drop-in sessions, mainly delivered during breaks and lunchtimes, offering young people accessible opportunities for connection, guidance, and support in a relaxed environment.

Whole Project Approach
Our whole project approach supports projects to create positive, inclusive environments that promote the wellbeing and development of all students and young people. Guided by the eight key principles, we work collaboratively with project staff to embed wellbeing into every aspect of school life — from leadership and policy to classroom practice and pupil voice. This holistic approach ensures that support for young people is consistent, sustainable, and aligned with the school’s wider values and priorities, helping to build a culture where every student can thrive.
Using our relational approach, we provide one-to-one support that works in close collaboration with children, young people, and their families to respond to their needs in the moment. This personalised support ensures that each young person is supported for as long as necessary, with regular reflection sessions built in to review progress and wellbeing. These sessions help identify whether a young person requires continued support, a change in approach, or is ready to be closed or signposted to another appropriate service, ensuring that interventions remain responsive, effective, and focused on positive outcomes.

Supporting young people through group work
Drop In Group Sessions Target Group Work
We offer a comprehensive group programme to support young people’s wellbeing and personal development, delivered through both informal drop-in sessions and structured targeted groups. Drop-ins take place during breaks, lunches, and after school, providing a relaxed, accessible space for connection and guidance. Our targeted groups are structured around three key areas — Understanding & Managing Emotions, Friendship & Relationships, and Self-Esteem & Personal Growth — with five topic options to choose from within each area. Each topic comprises a series of six sessions, designed to build skills progressively, foster resilience, and promote positive social and emotional growth, ensuring young people receive consistent, meaningful support tailored to their individual needs.
Supporting young people through a whole approach
Our whole project support is guided by the eight key principles, providing a holistic framework to enhance outcomes for young people. We support the project curriculum to ensure learning is engaging and relevant, enable young people’s voices to be heard and acted upon, and contribute to staff development through training and guidance. We assist in identifying individual and group needs, provide targeted interventions, support parents and families, and help foster a positive school ethos and environment. This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of the project work together to promote wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth for every young person.
