Over the course of this week we're asking you to pray for the different aspects of our work. All the photos on these blogs will be used this week to inspire prayers of Hope, during our prayer events. Prayer Events:
There is no scheduled event happening today, however we will be based at the office in Egham (TW20 9HE) during the day, and you're more than welcome to pop in, to chat, grab a coffee and pray!
Today our prayer focus is Trustees (Paul, Gingy, Ali, James, Matthew, John, Sue and Miriam) and Governance Manager (Gill)
Prayer Focus:
Trustees play a vital role at east to west, not only keeping our Senior Leadership Team on track and holding them accountable, but also in holding the wider view of both what the charity is doing and what the future may hold. We are so blessed to have a wide mix of skills and experiences within our trustee team, who all care deeply and passionately about the work we do. Please pray for:
Each of our trustees by name
Pray for wisdom as they lead the charity and seek God’s direction for east to west
Pray that they’d feel encouraged and empowered in their roles, especially as they share east to west outside their trustee roles
Pray with thanks for Gill and her role as Governance Manager – pray that she’s be blessed as she blesses others
Pray for our trustee’s families, who play an active part in providing the secure base our trustees need to be the best they can be
