As the team now start to outwork our new mission statement of Bringing Hope to Young Lives, the term's data records and appraisals show that we have hit some big targets already and it’s only term 1. Below are the main targets that we have set ourselves for 2008-09 and where we are at. No wonder we all need a Christmas break!!

2. The attainment of professional qualifications by team
a. Andy has obtained his MA Theology and Youth Ministry
b. Nicola, Dan, Tracey are studying for an NVQ3 in youth work
c. Duncan is studying for the Certificate of Fundraising Management
3. The growth of our working with and supporting of all partners
a. Delivery of training event on youth and spirituality
b. Creation of 2nd schools work conference
c. Andy is Governor of Magna
d. Dan is member of IAG, police advisory group
4. The increasing the number of Church connections with projects
a. Nicki has joined CT in Staines
b. Nicola & Dan have joined CT in Egham
c. Nicki has started approaching volunteers for Matthew Arnold
d. Tracey has trained up 6 local volunteers to start mentoring
5. Increasing the number of support groups in schools
a. Growth of 2 new groups in Charters and Magna now 9 run weekly
b. New group in Bishop Wand started and then handed over to Sunbury Church youth workers
6. The establishment of youth provisions in Egham Hythe
a. Nicola & Dan are exploring possible afterschool club
b. Dan is exploring evening youth club
c. Dan has been invited to partner with council to work with a local gang
7. Exploring new opportunities particularly in the Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
a. Staines worker in progress to start Sept 09
b. Thomas Knyvett College want a schools relational youth worker in Sept 09
c. Approached by counselor to establish a youth service to start in 09
d. Proposal created and in process about housing provision for homeless youth to start in 09
8. Have a lot more fun together and encouraging all in our ministries
a. Team day to Go-Ape was a success
b. Dan worked with Nicola on Anti-Bullying Week
c. Induction new team members was smoother than in past, greater information flow
d. Nicola and Tracey worked together on anger management course in Bishop Wand
